It is very quiet and I am very pleased. The unit itself is smaller than my other one I have but the water dish is much bigger. I wanted to fit on my counter. which is perfect spot. I got the 2nd one hoping my little dog would use it as well. It is working perfect and the cat likes it. Took awhile for it to finally arrive due to manufacturing issues, but I was well kept informed during this time. The shipping was quite fast however.

My cats took right to the fountains.

Best water fountain ever! Tried many, many others and after a short period of time, even with cleaning the units, my cat refused to drink from them. Changing filters was costly and cleaning became more and more necessary with use. This new fountain keeps the drinking water fresh and changing the water as often as I’d like is a simple task and cleaning the unit very fast!

Just took 2-3 days for the wife's cat to take to it. We had been using several stainless bowls in different spots in the house, cleaning them and refilling nightly. Her cat, Will Feral is happy, seems to be drinking more. Only weird thing is the in instruction sheet, says to take apart and clean the pump daily for loose hair and any other debris. As it's a sealed water environment, how could stuff even get it the fresh water bowl? other than that, it seems to be a great product.

Our cat Chevy took to it straight away once I showed him it. He isn't scared of it, and it is so quiet. Love it, thank you for a great product!
