Hi Tracy, Hahaha Amazon really did ruin shipping expectations for all of us 😂 So glad it was worth the wait though, and even better that your cat loves it. Knowing they’re getting fresh water instead of the same water cycling around is exactly why we built PureStream in the first place. Really appreciate the love and the 5 stars 💛🐾 Victoria Head of Support, PureStream

Hi Thecia, Really appreciate you giving us the chance to make this right 💛 You’re absolutely right that we’re a small team, but you also shouldn’t have had to chase us down to get help. We’ve been working hard on tightening that part of the experience as we grow. I’m really glad we were able to get the issue with your second fountain sorted in the end. Thank you for sticking with us, and especially for giving a small team a little grace while we get better. 🐾 Victoria Head of Support, PureStream

Hi Christy, Love this. 💛 We know waiting on an order is way easier when you actually know what’s happening with it, so I’m really glad the updates helped. Even better that you’re loving the fountain itself. Really appreciate the 5 stars and the support! 🐾 Victoria Head of Support, PureStream

Hi Jane, Love hearing that your cats are enjoying it, and not having to keep buying filters is definitely a win 🙌 Also really appreciate the feedback on the bowl depth. I’ll make sure that gets passed along to our product team as we keep improving things. Thanks so much for sharing! Victoria 🐾 Head of Support, PureStream

Hi Aimee, Okay, Symon and his crystal candy dish absolutely got me 😂 I’m so happy he took to PureStream that quickly! Going from “only the fancy bowl” to drinking from it the very next morning is a huge win. Really appreciate you sharing this, and I hope it makes life a little easier for both of you.
