PureStreamReviews of trypurestream.com

On May 17, 2026 I purchased the AquaOne PureStream cat fountain while in the USA since I had someone who was going to care for my cats while I was away. I was told it would ship June 1 but it didn’t. I tracked the order and it only showed that I purchased it May 17 but it hasn’t shipped yet as of June 6. I’m disappointed in this company and in FB for allowing the company to advertise their product. Don’t buy it and don’t expect to get the product shipped when they say it will be shipped. I’ll be contacting my credit card company on Monday if not sooner.

I placed an order on May 14 and received multiple emails informing me that my order was on track to be shipped June 1, including an email on May 28 stating, “Your AquaOne is still on track for June 1.” Yesterday, I received an email stating, “Your AquaOne is still on track for June 30.” I have not received any response to my request to cancel the order and receive a refund. There is no other way to contact the company other than an email.

This is a complete fraud. The fountain they are supposedly selling for hundreds of dollars is available on Amazon for $69.99, branded Hapaw

I have not ordered or tried this product but having experienced two other scams ordering from companies whose ads followed me around on facebook and elsewhere on the internet, I've learned for some things to look out for. 1) the name of this company's seemingly single product cat fountain changes, as does the company's name. Sometimes it's PureStream AquaOne, sometimes it's PureStream fountain and there were other variations. 2) there is no identifying information on the website of where the company is located and the only point of contact is a single email address 3) return policies are a great place to look if you're wondering about the legitimacy of a company. The other two scam companies in the fine print said that returns had to go - at buyer's expense - to warehouses in China even though the original shipping was within the buyer's country. This company didn't have that stipulation - again, it doesn't have any indication anywhere of its location - but it has all these statements about returning a wide range of products, everything from clothing and make up to perishable goods to hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and gas. Again, this is the return policy stated on a website that offers only one product - a cat fountain. If someone purchases this item and has a positive experience to report, i hope they post it. If the company reads this review and wishes to respond to the concerns stated and be more transparent, great. But in the meantime, buyer beware of the red flags I've mentioned.
