Phuong is our new account manager at Otter. He has been a great help! Very responsive and knowledgeable. And he is not afraid to admit that he is not sure of something but I can count on him to find out the answer and solution for me.

Taqueria La Estrella & Food T.
In about 18 year of operating a business we have tried a number of payment and online order solutions. I am so glad we found otter and although it took some trial and error and many hiccups to get it working, it finally has been perfected for our needs. I hands down recommend this to any business. We used to be so used to having a number of tablets for third party delivery and I almost forgot how frustrating it was cause otter helps us consolidate them all in one. And the best thing we have achieved is the direct orders… we are still merging all our customers into otters direct orders and I love it and I’m so grateful to every otter team member that has helped us. They understand that our time is worth it and they continue to improve their customer service. I hope we don’t run into any trouble but if we do they have many ways to contact customer care and they stay on top of things until they get solved unlike most companies that just promise stuff when they want you to sign up then you never hear from them. My only concern is I wish we would’ve known of otter way before.

Hey there Taqueria La Estrella! We are over the moon to hear about your experience with Otter. Its awesome to hear that you started with our Order Management solution and have since begun exploring other solutions within the Otter product suite like Direct Orders. In terms of customer service, I'm glad to hear you've been seeing the results of some of the changes we've been making internally to better support our restaurant partners. We will continue investing in this area to ensure that you have everything you need to succeed with Otter. Looking forward to continue growing alongside your restaurant! Cheers! Alex

Tri is a patient and thorough Otter customer success manager. He had a tough road ahead of him with us and he has held to his word that he would help me every step of the way. We are almost there and he IS the reason I am with Otter today. He is a great asset to the client and OTTER.

I’m still onboarding with tryotter but so far it has been a seamless and good experience. Harry and Manu are helping me and they have made the process very easy so far and we’re very helpful.

Otter has its ups and down just like any company. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about it’s horrible customer service etc. but as a restaurant business everything isn’t solved by Otter. There will be times when it’s not the best and times where it’s made my business so much more efficient easy to run. Sales can be compiled daily, they have a bunch of features from business insights, marketing, menu management etc. Jorge our account manager has been working with our business non stop on any issues we see. There’s live chat support as well that’s always working with us to help resolve any issues. Overall Otter has been beneficial for my business more often than not. Yes they still have things to work on internally as a business but like I said that’s any business. If you give them a try and actually work with someone from within Otter it’ll help your business guaranteed.

Hey there Pasteur, Happy Friday! Thank you so much for your honest feedback. I would absolutely agree with you – yes, we do have our issues like any other company, but we are working as hard as we can to help our restaurant partners succeed without any hiccups! We scaled pretty quickly and with that came a handful of issues that we are working to solve as quickly as possible. I'm super happy to hear that our analytics tools, insights solution, and menu management solution have been useful for your business, and its great to hear that you've been getting the support you need from Jorge! Stay tuned for improvements as we continue to optimize our business to serve businesses like yours. Thanks again. - Alex
