Set up with otter was easy and our operation has improved tremendously. Having all the services centralized to otter and having their support is such a benefit for our business. Jorge our representative from otter not only assists with anything otter but he is so knowledgeable and brings so much to the table for our company. He has assisted in our business in so many more ways. He is just a call away if I have any questions or if their are any technical difficulties that may arise (which is rare) and he fixes the issue right away. Very fortunate for this service and the input otter provides to help our business expand more and more.
