Mak is AMAZING! He helped us with a very complicated request. We needed to add 5 new brands to multiple locations. He has been the BEST Otter customer rep I have ever worked with.

I had the most difficult time setting up our system for our newly opened restaurant. The first individual I got in chat was no help and repeatedly had me wait for no reason before eventually disappearing. Then I got Justine Bandojo who was amazing. She made sure to keep in touch and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our issues were resolved. Thanks to Justine, we were finally able to get everything we needed to set up.
