We have been using Otter for at least 4 years now, and let me tell you, they just keep getting better and better. Like with any other company, there were hiccups in the beginning with the menus, or disconnection issues, but I can always speak to someone and they fix the issues right away. I don't use the chat feature much because we need the tablet for accessing the orders, but for us it has been a game changer. We have been in business for almost 20 years and Otter has been the only company that truly caters to us. We started using them for the delivery integration, then we started using their Direct Orders for our and we have received such a positive feedback from our customers saying is so easy to order. Many were skeptical of using the QR codes to order at the tables, often they'd accuse us of trying to replace "humans" but as time went by and we helped them order, 99% of our customers order from their tables or online. Less than a month we signed up for the Kiosks and again, we're getting an amazing response from our customers. We are now soon to switch to their POS as well because it just makes sense to have an all in one system. My recommendation for any business owner is do your part too. You have to know that even if you pay higher prices elsewhere there will sometimes be issues, but Otter's team are great at helping fix them. We have used clover, spoton, delivered and many others during the years, but so far Otter has been the one company to truly get your money's worth.
