sometimes can be headache to get the issue fixed on otter and things easy to get massed up if the support not well experienced . BUT . Antonio Cobiao who helped me and still helping me with few open tickets solved some of my biggest concerns for nearly a month. I can tell he is very skilled and smart . can identify the issue immediately and do all he can to fix it . and keeps follow up with any updates he has of the progress of the issue . It is normal to have issue in the account, but with this kind of support, I have confident to keep working with otter .. Thank you kindly Antonio .
