It was nice to receive service in a way where I didn't have to just wait for an email reply. Everything seemed fairly easy to manage. Francis was patient and knowledgeable in helping me.

Otter has been our middleware to integrate DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub for our 12 restaurants since we started third party delivery in 2020. We found them to be the most consistent, with very little order injection issues. Celine M is awesome. Thorough in her work and a great attitude. Eden A rocks too!

I had a bunch of issues and mix ups because initially the guys I was working with onboarding all 4 of my stores and once and a bunch of things got mixed up. Celine was able to address each issue and resolve everything. She did great at keeping me updated along the entire process.
