My dad thought he was buying one set of tablets, didn’t realise they’d signed him up for a subscription. There seems to be no way to cancel your subscription on the site, and emailing to support email asking to cancel manually hasn’t been responded to while they tried to take another payment 10 days later

I am giving this company a three star because of the customer service, not the product. I can’t rate the product as we never received it. However, my interaction with customer service regarding canceling the “subscription “ that we weren’t aware of went smoothly. Luckily I saw complaints about people being charged for more product without their knowledge. I contacted customer service and had an email discussion with them. They responded each time within a few minutes, and we were offered many discounts if we kept it, but since we hadn’t yet received it we were firm about canceling the subscription. They did the cancelation that day. A month later, we contacted customer service to cancel the order and get a refund. That took a while longer, and had larger gaps in email, up to ten days between responses. However, as the tracking consistently showed that the product had not been picked up by the shipper, they eventually agreed to a refund. It was in my bank in two days. I was polite throughout the process and I believe that may have helped, they were also very polite with their responses.

They are HORRIBLE!! Don’t use them , They don’t get you the product you order , and continually apologize for not getting it to you PLUS they sign u up for a subscription (unauthorized) & then charge you monthly !!!!! They are FRAUDULENT/ SCAMMERS !! Save yourself the headache & DONT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!

I made a purchase for the B12 product since February 2026. I received a confirmation for the order # 10937. This is now June 2026,and I have not received the product, nor a refund. I have canceled the follow up subscriptions. I wonder what fraudulent behavior is this?

Scam! I did not plan to subscribe. Just wanted to try the product. I waited weeks for my order. The day I received my order they charged me again. I emailed them and got the subscription canceled (I thought). Today they tried to send another charge thru. It was blocked but the email they sent said they could try 10 times before they stopped. I absolutely don’t trust the ingredients in this product because the ordering is a scam.
