For those who buy this item just check the payment method afterwards because it automatically signs you up to a subscription But if you go to your payment method you can cancel it beforehand If they take the next payment get in touch with your payment method and tell them it's an unauthorised payment and they should get your money back It may take a few weeks until it's returned back to you

My order has entered the 6th week with no information on date of delivery. Am very much disappointed in the company. Secondly,I did not initiate a second order yet another was debited to my account claiming it was under subscription option. I don't know anything about subscription option and I did not option for it. How on earth will i repeat an order for a product which I have not used before and doesn't know know its efficacy? Moreover, the order i made is yet to be delivered after 6 weeks of waiting. As a result of this delay I will request a refund of the second debit since I i have gone another product from 21st century Co.ltd
