By far the worst company I've ever shopped from. If I could give them a zero, I would have. They subscribed me to repeat shipments without my knowledge. They advertised a 90-day free return policy, but refuse to accept the return in a month. Plus, I have a B12 deficiency. I physically feel the difference as soon as I take any B12 supplements. Their product Has no effect on my symptoms. They just keep sending me emails starting with offering me 10% discount, then 20% and 30%. I will contact my bank to stop their payment.

Company is horrible. They sign you up for recurring monthly purchases without you knowledge and don't provide adequate ways to contact them to correct. Also very slow in shipping. Be wary of this company. Based on their practices I would question the quality of the product at this point.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have clearly explained the situation and have now had to make the same request for the 4vtimes I do not want this product, and I do not want any replacement, alternative product, or subscription. The product causes me stomach pain and diarrhoea. AVOID. AVOID

They changed my order to a subscription. Then I got multiple emails offering me 10%, 20%, 30% refund on erroneous second shipment. Seriously, 10 emails in one day. They finally sent an "unsubscribe" link, which resulted in nothing, except probably hacking my email. What a joke.

For those who buy this item just check the payment method afterwards because it automatically signs you up to a subscription But if you go to your payment method you can cancel it beforehand If they take the next payment get in touch with your payment method and tell them it's an unauthorised payment and they should get your money back It may take a few weeks until it's returned back to you

SCAM ! BUYERS BEWARE !!!! RIP OFF !!!! Ordered vitamins more than a month ago. HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. They charged me $65.93 and then (without my authorization signed me up for recurrent). Never heard from them until I filed a dispute with my VISA. All of a sudden they say my shipment is on its way (with no expected date of delivery) and now I will have to pay return postage and get only partial reimbursement, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Scam, scam, scam….they will take your money and give you the runaround. Been waiting for almost two months for the order to arrive and crickets.

Initially bought the product the first time to try it out, then all of a sudden they put me into on to a subscription that I did not agree to. I have been in contact with them to get a mailing address to get that product sent back so I could get a refund. Unfortunately the address that I received is NOT a valid address. Which causes that package to be sent back to my home which I did not want. I've been continuously emailing the company and not getting any response back regarding the correct address. They firm by email that they canceled my subscription and I had to get a new card so I don't get accidentally charged for future orders. Unfortunately this whole experience is kind of been a nightmare. Please do some research before making purchases.
