It's was a lovely experience. Brittani was so kind she listened to my needs and my concerns. Quickly came up with a game plan on how to address my concerns and immediately sent my medicine to the pharmacy. I'd have to say it was the best experience I've had with a psychiatrist. It was nice not to have to drive far and to find out that the psychiatrist doesn't take my concerns seriously and having to wait months for some relief from my symptoms. Thank you guys for being around and she's truly a gem!

I was very skeptical trying out minded because I haven’t had the best experiences in the past with any kind of tele-health, but Minded has been nothing but amazing so far. It was extremely easy to sign up and input all of my info and past medical history. (as someone with a lot of medical problems that alone can be a challenge) I called and explained my situation to a customer service rep and they were able to get me an appointment with a provider within a few days. My provider was knowledgeable, compassionate and very kind and made me feel very validated and just overall well taken care of. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because it is more than deserved within all areas of this company.
