Will deny you if you have any type of suicidal thoughts even if you don't have plans. So heads up. Will not give you referrals or resources to anywhere else this does not help people without insurance. It hurts them. I have C-PTSD so it's already hard for me to ask for help. Thanks for nothing. After initially signing up for the service I was scheduled a first appointment for more than a week after the date that I signed up. Two days before the scheduled appointment I received an email notifying me that the appointment was canceled due to a “personal emergency” that the member of the team I was scheduled to meet with had. At this point I had already run out of the medication I was prescribed by my previous doctor so I could not wait any longer to get a rescheduled appointment. Also, the address they have in their system for the pharmacy I use is incorrect and they don’t allow you to enter a different address, you must choose the one they bring up in their system. I feel like I dodged a bullet by not using this service. Beware!

The worst. Went there looking for help. Totally denied me. Didn't even ask for medical records.

My Care provider was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with severe aniety. I look forward to speaking with her again. She listened as I talked and would respond with a very accurate answer to explain why I was feeling anxious. Very good experience.

so- the name is "try minded". I reached a point where I seek help, because what Im currently taking is not working. you have to "apply". then they ask what scripts you have. tell them. they make a appt. 30 mins laster- they cancel- and all they say is im on a medication they dont support. UMMM... this is why i was seeking a consultaion- and not just med refills. oh- and the whole unlimited adjustments or video calls- fine print they want you to read says if you request a dose change more times than 2 a yr- your out. understandable if your wanting MORE of a control substance- but what about less? I'm a human being- who has been miserable for far to long. where I live- its a six month wait list to see a pysc. before the pandemic! Ive seen the ads everywhere- so thought I'd actually "tryminded"- but they wont even talk to me. and support- 0 help. this is the current state of our great healthcare system. I just wanted a somewhat normal life- where I dont fear people, or atleast a better outlook on life. wow-

I would not recommend any type of business with this company. I signed up for a free month trial of this service, and at the time of account creation you are advertised a 90 day supply of medication for $15, or $5 per 30 day supply. Upon signup I was charged $30 for my two medications, which would be provided after the televisit with a psychiatrist. In that visit she prescribed a 30 day supply as we wanted to adjust the dosage. If that’s the case, I should have paid $10. I contacted their customer service about a partial refund for the correct amount, only to be told I was charged the correct amount, which was certainly not the case. I have been unable to get in contact with any of their customer service since, and in frustration cancelled the membership. When I looked back at my account later, it had been labeled active again! I can now no longer change my membership without contacting customer service - which, again, I cannot get in touch with via their messages. This has all been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I certainly would not recommend any type of business with this company, no matter the convenience.
