SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! STAY AWAY! Same exact experience as the previous reviews. I gave them all of my personal information. Credit card number. Said I qualified and scheduled an appointment. I canceled work for this appointment!!! Because I’m in major need of help for my mental illness…. So I’m waiting for my appointment, I messaged them, and what do you know I am not qualified anymore after they charged me and never refunded me. I asked for the reason why they will not accept me and I’ve been ignored every time, as if they blocked my account.

Total scam. They make you take a questionnaire, say you’re a good fit, get you to give them a bunch of personal information and take your credit card details, charge you, and then say they’ve changed their mind and cancel your appointment. No explanation why.

Horrible experience. Took the pre survey and was told they can help. They asked me to pay and schedule appointment. After paying was told they can't help me and canceled appointment. They have not refunded my money. Rude responses from them as well. I now have to file a dispute with my bank due to no service.

Provider didn’t listen well and was condescending.

My time was rushed. I don't think I was genuinely being listened to about specific medications. I felt like just another number using the service

Onboarding is very easy. The website is intuitive with a few glitches here and there (would not let me add a pharmacy but you can ask a Dr. to add it later) However, the real problems started with my first appointment. I was sent a broken link to the meeting and there was no support staff available. I called, texted, messaged in the app, emailed, and responded to the calendly invite. I didn't hear from anyone until I messaged their Facebook account 7 hours later. Once I did hear from someone they helped reschedule the appointment and the link did work. (Brandon in support has been the only helpful person in this whole journey) Unfortunately, that's not where the problems stopped. The Dr was late to the appointment, asked me the same question multiple times, and couldn't figure out how to open the zoom chat. On top of helping him use zoom, I had to explain to him that Benadryl was an over-the-counter medication (he tried to argue that I can't be taking it because he didn't see a prescription). I would give that particular doctor a -5 for listening skills. He didn't explain how Minded worked or what the meeting would look like. But unfortunately, it still doesn't end there. I wish it did. This doctor sends in the wrong prescription. I drove 20 min to find out the prescription he spoke with me about in the meeting was not the one he sent in. When I reached out to support (Brandon) I was told that he filled X and X prescriptions. I am aware - I am holding them. I tried to reach out via their email that they always plug (support) to no avail. I ended up paying AGAIN to go with another company. Please go to one of the multiple other companies and hopefully they actually treat you like a person in need of help.

The nurse was rude to me, told me, very rudely, that I had a terrible connection - was mean, pushy, rushing and rude right off the bat within the first few minutes. When I tried to call in via the phone option, the service said the host had ended the meeting. Not even 5 minutes into the meeting... yet I paid for 30 minutes and I need medication because my old prescription recently ended - sadly Minded wont get back to me. How can a medical professional do this to a patient and act so brazenly cruel, rude, carless and mean? I hope the Zoom call was recorded because this is unacceptable - she was also close to ten minutes late to the meeting. I understand people may be working long hours but why take it out on the patients? Or is it a bias towards people with mental illness? I am just so disgusted... I waited a week for the medication I so desperately need and now I am left with zero help! I cried uncontrollably afterwards because of the predicament she left me in without medication and other hospitals dont have opening appointments. To make matters worse, Minded deleted my comments on their Instagram page to cover up the bad behavior of their staff. I'm sure nothing will be done and this issue wont be addressed as this person will go on to harm even more of an already vulnerable population - but who cares how many sick people dhe harms as long as she gets paid and this corrupt company steals our money... Run as fast as you can and CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SERVICE!

No one gets back to me. I have sent 3 messages and not one return email or call.
