Scheduling my appointment was extremely easy, my psychiatrist listened to all my concerns I was extremely happy with my virtual appointment at the end of the session I was informed my prescriptions would be called in at the choice of my pharmacy she answered some additional questions, over all my session took 30min from start to finish, extremely happy as my previous physician charged me a good over $250 I will continue to utilize this service for my mental health. The provider that assisted me was understanding. She allowed me to express my concerns She was openly minded, She explained treatments options,and developed a treatment plan.

I was really unsure about doing a doctor appointment on line. I’m so happy I did. My NP was very attentive and caring. She truly listened to my concerns and address them very well. Very very helpful service. I highly recommend them!

Great easy experience

I quit going to my mental health appointments because I felt like I was on an assembly line, and only 15 minutes at most was dedicated to me, to snd I be was given a prescription (whether it worked or not).This was the best first appointment I have ever had. Quality time was taken to ask and go over any questions I might have. I am extremely impressed.

Louise was very caring and understanding. Something that is very hard to find in a psychiatrist. She is genuinely a caring person. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family who are I need of the best help! Thank you again!

This was my first time with minded and I couldn’t be happier. The process from making an appointment through the actual appointment was so so easy and the visit was great. The ease, comfort and privacy of having it in your own home is really nice and I would recommend this to anyone.
