Scheduled my appointment for about five days out. They sent me a ton of reminders and then it was canceled the morning of the appointment without anyone contacting me. I haven’t received a refund yet either.

I tried cerebral which was a scam and this one was even worse!! Had a 22 minute "initial evaluation" from a nurse practitioner --one of their "quality providers". What a joke. Disinterested, clearly was doing this all day and was so burned out. She KNEW NOTHING!! When I started asking pointed questions about the treatment and why she recommended Effexor she actually said, "You just need to listen to what I'm telling you to do and don't ask questions!" Really??!! All of these venture capital funded online mental health treatment like Minded, Cerebral, etc are just uber-rich people capitalizing on the pandemic online model. They want to have hyper growth, go public and then cash out. Stick with a local, in person doctor. Your mental health is way too important!

The way you have your advertising set up as a complete scam. It’s for people with insomnia but you really can’t do much for them other than a couple of options that don’t even work for me. I feel that this is a complete scam and it is not very clear how this works. sucks people and but then spits them out. Basically told me to go to a primarily physician!

My experience was awful. I actually left my appointment more anxious. The provider made me feel awful like I was a drug seeking addict. It was painful. I agreed to try another medication and was promptly told…even if this new medication doesn’t work I WILL NOT give you the medication you’ve been taking…huh?! I highly recommend finding a provider through other means if you take any narcotic medications to manage a panic disorder.

I've had chronic depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember. I've taken 12 different medications to try to find something that works. Only 1 has, but doesn't do much. And I've been to several psychiatrists in my life. But everytime I answer those first questions on Minded, it says "I'm sorry Minded is not for you." Are you fkng kidding me? Wow, thanks for nothing.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went into the meeting excited and hopeful to finally receive help for anxiety I've been struggling with, instead I was shamed by the NP for my behaviors and coping mechanisms. She told me I could not be helped and gave me NO advice or treatment. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy especially for a mental health service. Truly disappointed.

The Site is not user friendly. The NP was rude to me when I cried and started having anxiety. I was told I needed to articulate what I was trying to say better. Not compassionate and I want to cancel my service. I have emailed them with no response. Also the NP forgot to call in one of my medications and forgot to leave her DEA number. That is completely incompetent when it comes to mental health, besides not listening to me.
