I stressed to him my problem and I know my own body better than he does. I asked for a medication I used to be on. I need to be back on it badly. He just gave me some bull about taking it lol g term would be addicting. Well if this is the ONLY medication that works for me then why the hell not give it to me. Instead you give me other useless drugs that have way more harmful side effects than the medication I’m asking for has. And the ones you prescribe do t do anything but make my life a living hell. So why don’t you LISTEN to your patients, like me I’ve been having this problem for months now and I k ow the solution to get rid of it. The medication I want I used to be on years ago and I’ve tried many others and only 1 works

I’m having panic attacks and the provider essentially prescribed me Benadryl even though I have a history being prescribed benzodiazepines. Terrible service that’s clearly only out for money or pushing certain drugs.

I had an appointment but nobody showed up. Just a waste of my time. Will be cancelling my account.

Tried to give minded a shot. Started ok but immediately they wanted to change my counselor and want you to open up to other counselors. People that have mental issues are not trying to talk to a different counselor every other week! No consistency here and when you call no answer and don’t even return that call the same day. But quick to acknowledge that you want the account closed due to to much Bs

The person doing my intake was not sympathetic at all even while I was crying during our session. She would not listen and disregard me my feelings. I do not recommend at all. I would also like to add she needs training on grief. My husband committed suicide almost 7 years ago. She stated grief does not last that long. Grief can last many years even a life a time. She is not professional what so ever and her bedside manner was the worst ever i have experienced in mental health.

The therapist seemed unfriendly. She also sent prescriptions to my pharmacy without authorization numbers and my pharmacy did not fill it.

Please do not waste your time or money. I never had chance to speak with a therapist because my 1st therapist canceled my first appointment & for my 2nd appointment the next therapist never called me for my scheduled appointment. I sent multiple emails & called customer service & left voicemails. I have never received any response.

I was needing something to help me sleep. What I was previously taken was making me gain weight and I told the nurse about how antidepressants do that to me. So she prescribed me the most weight gaining old medicine on the market. I didn’t know what it was until I got to work and looked it up. Very unsatisfactory conduct. I do not not feel like I was listened to at all. Made me feel like I was a drug seeker while I only want to sleep at night without gaining copious amounts of weight.
