Well I had the first initial consult, was prescribed medication. Prescription was never sent to my pharmacy, and now onto day 2 and I still cannot get ahold of anyone and no one has called back or answered my messages. So I'm thinking this was all a scam at this point.

The provider was unprofessional and confrontational the RX was not sent to the pharmacy and the staff where difficult to reach and did not respond to emails or messages

was a good first appointment tried to get another appointment to fill my prescription never got a response back. tried calling their number and nothing. seems I've been blocked and left with no medication.

don’t use them, they aren’t able to provide the same prescriptions that a real psychiatrist is. I have panic attacks and need something to help with them and they wouldn’t prescribe them since I haven’t needed it in many years. Still had to be charged for absolutely no help and I was made to feel like a junkie for asking for medication that I need. Terrible terrible company, this is a HUGE SCAM

Had an appointment today on Zoom with a doctor never happened never got an email they said they were going to send me, right now can't even get through to them are in contact with them .they took my money fast not a good start already called my credit card company try to get my money back

I am so upset i got sucked into this scam. i signed up with the understanding that i would get a 30 minute session for 25 dollars then 65 after that. my session was 7 minutes. the woman did not even show any interest in my situation. i told her about my past experience with certain meds and then the one med that seemed to help, but then provider disappeared and i could not continue therapy. anyway, the marketing states that you have the choice of meds being sent to you for an extra charge or they can send script to pharmacy. well i wanted them to mail meds (not a narcotic) and she said oh we dont do that..ok fine..they send to my pharmacy and its almost 500 dollars?!..ok fine..i want to cancel but low and behold!!! i can not sign into my portal now..says email not found and password incorrect..yet these credentials were saved on my computer and my phone..called the number but noone answers..no way to cancel..so my next step is reporting to BBB if they do not answer my emails and cancel this..buyer beware

The “doctor” made me feel very uncomfortable and like a bad person for needing medication for my anxiety. I cancelled my subscription to this place and am going to a real doctor. They “unapproved my request for a refill” after giving it to me last month? What type of doctor does that ?!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WARNING!! I subscribed thinking there would be doctors there is zero customer service and no doctors their reviews are fake!! I also changed my card number because they kept charging me despite NONSERVICE was ever provided and somehow they got a hold of MY NEW CARD NUMBER!! Sneaky!! And that’s identity theft!! Don’t do it people!!
