10-12 hours to respond. Falsely advertised capability to deliver prescriptions directly to me. “Doctor” incorrectly entered my prescription dosage information.

The so-called doctor didn’t even turn on her camera so I could see her so there definitely was not a connection. My appointment was at 9:15 AM and it ended at 9:22 AM, she was not interested at all why I was calling in or what I needed. I was not looking for medication but merely tools to help with my anxiety and she was not interested in hearing anything about what my issues were.

They are awful. I was close to running out of my medication and couldn’t get an appointment in time to get refills. They don’t care about your mental health at all. I cancelled my membership and requested a refund and they refused. I meant to cancel earlier but was past the date and forgot. I tend to be forgetful due to my anxiety and explained this to them, but they still refused. This is appalling since they are supposed to be a mental healthcare provider. They have zero sympathy whatsoever. They don’t care about you, just your money. I switched to Brightside. They seem to care and actually accept insurance, unlike Minded. If you are considering minded I recommend you steer clear of them at all costs. There are so many other, better options. Update 7/11/22: They will also still try to charge your credit card after you have cancelled your membership. I cancelled my membership nearly a month ago, but had a charge on my card on 7/8. Stay far away from these scam artists.

Had a good initial consult and was prescribed an Rx to help my insomnia and depression, great! Except... They never sent the Rx to my pharmacy and it has been three days without a reply from Minded. I have messaged them on their site multiple days and left multiple phone calls. Their phones put you on hold for 5 mins and then automatically make you leave a message. Terrible customer service and what is the point if I can't even get what was prescribed to me? Every day I have to wait for them to reply is a day I go sleepless. The service would actually be good if they could answer their phones or send an Rx.

Another one of these fly by night "mental health companies" that are nothing but a scam to get you locked into their 65 dollar a month fee. Outrageous claims like 24/7 support. I've emailed and texted the support number multiple times and gotten nothing back. my "physiatrist" was nice and friendly; but nothing came of it. No new medicine, when I provided my history of various medicine it was scoffed at and danced around. You're "Initial interview" is 30 minutes if you're LUCKY. My physiatrist literally took a call in the middle of me crying and explaining my trauma. All these companies are just money grabs.

How does it have 4 stars?? I’ve had an awful experience. First time, when they first started up I found them and ended up refunded bc they didn’t tell me it was on eastern standard time and I missed the appt. Second time, recently. I lost my provider for my medication (Parnate and xanax) and I rememberers minded said they prescribe that, and since I have prior active prescriptions thought it was be cut and dry. Nope. I don’t even know if I was talking to an actual doctor. They said they could not help me and to talk to my pharmacy about filling a few so i could taper off. I don’t want to taper off, are you joking? They put the Xanax name on their homepage to allure you in bc it’s hard to find drs that unfortunately don’t understand that maybe we’d rather be a little dependent on it than face that anxiety- then they take your money and they don’t even give it to someone like me who has had at least 40 refills of it and proof is in the medical records. It was super disappointing. Quit the false advertisement at least.

Ive been with Minded for several months now. I ran out of my medications & had an appointment scheduled at 7am. The provider never joined the zoom meeting, and nobody from Minded contacted me about it. I've sent them several emails, a text, and called them half a dozen times and they have not replied at all. They do not answer the phone when you call. It's been over a day! I am not supposed to stop taking my medications abruptly like this, it causes bad side effects. I can't even schedule an appointment on the website as it just tells me to email them which I have several times. Horrible, non existent customer service!

If I could give zero stars I would. They refused to treat me at all because "you take too many meds" and then refused to give me a refund OR let me speak to a different clinician. It is a literal scam to steal money from people who are desperate enough to try this.
