Scam!! The color was horrible. I contacted the company right away and their emails were incorrect. They said it hadn't arrived and couldn't issue a refund. I sent pictures of the lipstick and the packaging. They then offered a small refund. Emails back and forth because I want a full refund. Finally had to make a formal complaint with my credit card company and am now awaiting the outcome.

This is my favorite lipstick, replacing all my others. It glides on so nicely and the soft color appears magically in seconds. My lips are soft and healthy looking! Getting it at my home is so convenient and it’s perfect on arrival.

When using lipstick, my mouth tasted extremely bitter from the product.q I emailed them and they said they could not do a refund because the product was opened but could only offer a 30% discount. I am not happy as they offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on their website. They advised to seek medical attention if the taste does not go away. It’s been 9 hours and it still is bitter despite washing my lips.

Kivora did put a nice color on my lips. But the claim that it lasts all day is totally false. It didn't last on my lips even 15 minutes. I won't be buying anymore.

Kivora is the best make up product that has ever been made. I'm 75 and my lips are dry a lot but when I use Kivora my lips are moist and plump. I can't stop putting it on!

The lipstick goes on very smoothly. The color it changes to is ok, but my lips seem to make it darker than I would like.
