I ordered it and tried it. It turned my lips cherry red, sorry not my color. So I decided to return it for a refund. No were in the refund policy does it say "if you return the lipstick that you will only get a partial refund". Well, first off it took a week and a couple of emails to get them to answer. Then, that's when they informed me of the partial refund because the product is used! So said ok, I guess something is better than nothing right! That was on the 9th of October today is the 22nd. No word, no partial refund, no nothing! Great Customer Service. And I have tried this lipstick on three other people and got the same reaction. I guess cherry red is the going color around here.

I had high hopes. The colour is ok, but it’s more like the colour I get with a balm, but without the moisture, my lips have been left dry to be honest. When I first put it on there was a nasty taste, but after using for a few days that seemed to go. Is it worth the money….no. It’s just ok.

I love the ease of how to use it. Love the color. I too have noticed that I have to reapply several times during the day. I am disappointed that I have to do that. Also, my lipstick broke in two at the bottom where the lipstick comes out. I had to try to get it to stick to the lipstick still in the tube. Will purchase again if the problems are addressed and fixed.

Ordered the product. Still has not arrived I contacted customer service or the support app and they told me they would get back to me or to call them it still hadn't arrived in a week still has not. The phone number listed on their website is go straight to voicemail no company name or anything. And so I do not feel that this company is legit and they stole my money

I ordered 4 lipsticks on their 2+2 offer (Order #276863). Although the packaging looked okay in the outside, all 4 were broken and looked used (not the perfect smoothe new lipstick look). I thought perhaps this was because it had broken, so processed to try it out. My lips felt weird, and slightly swollen. I washed it off immediately. Absolutely awful.

The lipstick does not last all day. It does add moisture for awhile.

It seems my first order was a lesser quality than the second. It came in shrink wrap, was in a completely gold toned case and as others have said, nowhere did it have the Kivora name. Then I saw the cubes advertised which had the clear plastic with the gold tube embedded, it came in a gold toned box with Kivora marked, and I gave them as gifts, so didn't try the lipstick. The response was 50-50, one was drying, the other held up under and over lipstick. It feels like the company is selling two different products, something a face cream seems to be doing. I don't believe the scam comes from an outside company. One company is collecting all the money while we pay for their marketing scheme.
