I like the way the lipstick feels when you put it on. It feels like it may be moisturizing the lips. It does not add a lot more color than my natural lip color. I guess I thought that it would respond more in the sense of a slightly darker color. From the advertisements I read, you made it sound like on European women it the color lasts all day. I didn't have that experience.Otherwise it's OK. Not sure I would buy it again.

I only gave one star as I need to give something in order to write a review…..ALL YOU LADIES OUT THERE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT….total scam!!! Horrible greasy texture….stays in for around 5 minutes AND doesn’t change colour on your lips….A TOTAL SCAM….AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Kivora customer service is worthless. I bought four tubes ($52). When I opened one tube and applied it my lips immediately burned, swelled and developed small blisters. I emailed customer service. Their response was that because I had opened one tube they would not accept a return for refund for any of it. The offered me a $15 partial refund. They showed no concern for the safety of their product, didn't ask for lot numbers or ask any details of the reaction I experienced. Several emails back and forth and Kivora is adamant that they will not give me more than the slap in the face partial refund.

The delivery time is a bit longer than expected but the product itself is very good. My lip is very sensitive to many brands, most of the time cracks up or leaves me dry but this one is surprisingly smoother and last longer compares to leading brand. You can feel the texture of your lips change the moment you apply it, but don’t expect big on the color. Surely I will buy more again.

Well now i sm seeing adds that state uf If it doesnt say kivira on it is fake. Which mskes me wonder if it is fake lipstick

Lipstick leaves a bit of color for 2 minutes, but a color that doesn’t really flatter me. Definitely overrated and overpriced. Can not recommend it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kivora. I never received my order, yet the tracking information states that it was delivered. This is unacceptable. I sent three emails to Kivora customer support, but the email address provided does not exist, so my messages could not be delivered. As a result, I have been unable to contact anyone or get a response regarding my missing order. I paid for a product that I never received, and there is no reliable way to reach customer service to resolve the issue. Kivora needs to take responsibility for missing orders and provide customers with a working customer support system. Marking an order as delivered does not mean the customer actually received it. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. I want my order delivered or a full refund.

Love the color, of course. It's uniquely mine. And, it stays on. It doesn't end up on a glass or coffee cup. Best if all, I really enjoy how it makes my lips feel, soft and smooth, not pasty or heavy. I highly recommend it!
