My partner and I are in our early 50s and started taking corti help 4 weeks ago. We have both noticed reduced bloating, clearer heads and that we just feel better all round. Have just ordered more and recommended to friends.

I was sceptical at first but thought I would try Cortisol help as I felt so stressed, wasn't sleeping well and very bloated. I have been taking Cortisol help now for 5 months and can't believe how much calmer I am, mood is a lot better, sleeping a good 8 hours. The bloating is better but not quite there yet. Also clothes fitting so much better!

I started taking Jevi as a natural alternative to HRT to help with menopausal symptoms. While it did help with the symptoms, it also increased my estrogen levels (according to my endocrinologist). I'm not saying Jevi caused my hormone receptor positive breast cancer, but Jevi fed it. I am currently recovering from breast surgery. I contacted Jevi and told them this. There needs to be warnings/advice about this on the bottles, in info pamphlets and in their advertising. Jevi has promised to pass my concerns on to the appropriate team for consideration. #breastcancer #ashwaganda #warning

I tried Corti Help as I was sick of feeling tired and anxious all the time. Taking a pill an hour before going to bed helped me get to sleep easier and not wake up in the middle of the night. I feel more relaxed and much happier as a result.

I’ve been using the product for almost 60 days and been consistent with taking them daily. Unfortunately the product didn’t deliver and didn’t notice any changes. Based on my personal experience I don’t recommend taking them.

I was/am struggling with poor sleep and fight or flight due to daily stress, Corti-help has reduced those feelings not completely but for the better, if you are struggling give it a month and see for yourself. I highly recommend.👍
