I can honestly say that I have not slept this well in years. I have always had broken sleep, aching joints and constantly throwing off and on the blankets but now by simply taking 2 tablets each night before I go to bed I no longer have any of these issues. Ive been taking Corti Help for 6 months now. It has definitely seen an improvement in my disturbed sleep,anxiety and belly bloating. However, I noticed that since being on corti help my blood pressure has gone up. I don't notice this myself, but as a regular blood/plasma donor my health stat's have shown an increase in blood pressure.

I started my perimenopause and felt more stressed than usual, waking up between 2 to 3 am with many thoughts, more irritated because of my cortisol level in this stage. After a saw the add on Facebook I decided to give it a go, and after 2 weeks my sleep came back to normal and my cortisol level as well. My mood improved a lot, and this was one of the most important positive effects of this supplement (cortihelp- nervous system). Their formula works very well on me. I can say that cause I tried other products before and did not have any change. I haven't tried the other products they have, but so far the one for cortisol I highly recommend. Since starting Jevi supplements, I’ve noticed a noticeable improvement in my stress levels and tolerance to stress-triggers. I’ve also noticed my sleep has improved with deeper and longer sleep patterns. I take 1 tablet, twice daily (morning and night), and I doubt I’ll stop anytime soon.
