Like some other reviews it did take a while to arrive and was a bit surprised it was coming from China. Since taking the tablets I have slept better and I feel they have helped me cope with some challenges I am facing. I don’t feel like it’s helped me lose weight like I have seen in some reviews however because I do feel it’s helping me sleep and cope better I will be buying again. If you are feeling stress or need a better sleep I would recommend trying these out.

Ok I was sceptical esp seeing it was being shipped from China but it is wonderful!!! I have tried other means of trying to help with high cortisol and so far out of the 4 things I tried, this is consistent and working . I am literally relaxed and pain free within 30 minutes. I am currently going through menopause and the ache in my shoulders arms hips and thighs disappears! Daphne Qld Australia

A few issues with the shipping (returned to warehouse halfway through), but customer support was really helpful and quick to respond. Got a replacement sent out straight away and to my new address which was great. Loving the supplement so far! It’s been about 2 weeks and noticeably see a difference hormonally and physically. Already recommended to someone at work.

I have suffered with bad insomnia during menopause and was lucky if I got 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I have been on Corti Help for 1 week and have got 5 to 6 hours of unbroken sleep each night. For me that is a game changer. I also like waking up not feeling groggy and I can honestly say I am very happy with Corti Help and would highly recommend it.

After a lifetime of stressful situations and not much sleep, I find these Corti-Help capsules do help greatly. Yes, they do take awhile for delivery to Aus. And somehow, one must go to bed without any big worries on your mind as sometimes that prevents immediate sleep which then takes me hours, but I haven't tried taking 2 when perhaps I should. Getting mostly good night's of sleep and feeling much better in myself overall. Only been 2 weeks, they worked straight away for me which was absolutely amazing! Very grateful user.

If it's only been two weeks and you felt the benefits straight away, then we can't wait to hear how you feel after taking two capsules per evening, especially after a month or so as the first week or two are the immediate calming results. Then 4-6 weeks is where the cortisol levels will be truly starting to balance and neurotransmitter production will be greatly boosted. This all greatly ties into sleep as balanced cortisol levels will help quiet the racing mind at night, and those neurotransmitters, which are referred to as the "feel-good" chemicals, are actually precursors to melatonin production, which is your sleep chemical produced by the pineal gland. This is what's helping you fall asleep easily and keeping you in a long, deep, restorative sleep, where you're waking up feeling refreshed with a positive mood boost, and overall sense of well-being. Not to mention, when you're going into these deep sleeps and have balanced cortisol levels throughout the day, your body can heal and repair itself so it can function the way it should. We strongly recommend increasing the dosage to two capsules per evening. You will start to notice a very strong sense of calm, and those nights even where you have a lot on your mind, it should help you drift off into a easier and deeper sleep, especially after a couple more weeks of consistency. Shipping takes a while, I was worried I’d been scammed. But product arrived safely, perhaps it’s the process through customs which takes its time. I have certainly noticed an improvement in sleep and mood since commencing. When feeling a more stressed I will take two as per directions. As per another review I felt it was a bit hit and miss hence taking the second tablet when feeling higher stresses. Happy with this product and the results.

Yes, unfortunately, there were some shipping delays as we were dealing with a logistics company that wasn't ready for the unprecedented growth that we've been experiencing. However, we've now shifted fulfillment teams that can facilitate our growth, which means there should be a much faster and smoother delivery process. We appreciate your patience so much on this as we know it can be frustrating for you (and us as it's totally out of our control haha). So glad to hear the positive experience you're having! If you're noticing it's a bit hit and miss some nights, we definitely recommend increasing the dosage to two capsules per evening. One capsule is the lower end of the clinical strength, and two capsules is the higher end of the clinical strength. So, it may be more beneficial if you increase the dosage to 2 per evening. This should expedite the process of cortisol levels balancing, neurotransmitter production, and much more. Which in turn will aid with sleep, anxiety and mood - not to mention your body being able to heal and repair itself as it should. After you're noticing super consistent results, you can choose to just drop back to one capsule per evening for maintenance and increase to two on days where you're experiencing higher stress.
