Love hearing this feedback from customers, and it's great to know that it's helping you with remaining in that deep restorative sleep so you can wake up feeling refreshed. You may even prefer to increase the dosage to two capsules in the evening. As the recommended dosage is 1-2, so if one is working well, but you want a little extra support on some nights, don't hesitate to take two. Hope this helps. Please feel free to stay in touch!
