I’ve been using my HealRay for a few months. I’ve noticed that my gums feel stronger and a small difference in my receding gums. My HealRay needed to be charged after every 5 times I used it and after sharing this with customer service, they are sending a replacement one. Service was quick and helpful. Thank you. The gel applicator doesn’t last very long and new ones are quite expensive. Perhaps these should be looked at for some improvement. Overall my experience has been positive and the service was great.

I saw some improvements in my gums. I don’t have much bleeding and infections since I used Heal ray.I hope my gums returns to normal. Only the gum gel is pricey. Heal Ray should give more discounts. Not everyone can afford it.

I just received my RLT oral care device last week & could already tell that my gums were less aggravated after 2 uses. It stopped working after only 3 uses though. But when I reached out to HealRay they immediately responded & offered to send me a new one, no questions asked. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, but I am very excited to see how great my mouth feels after using it consistently for a longer period of time.

I have used other RLT devices for a few years now and recently added HealRay to my routine to specifically target dental health. I know the benefits of RLT and not surprised that the sensitivity in my gums and teeth improved. Also, the design of the soft toothbrush provided is gentle and effective on my teeth and gums. Im not sure if I can use it because I have a crowns. It doesn't say anything about it.

Hi Alena, Thanks for your question—this is a good one. In general, dental crowns are typically compatible with red light therapy devices like Healray. The light works on the gums and surrounding soft tissue, not the crown material itself, so it should not damage or affect your crowns. That said, since your situation is specific, we recommend being a bit cautious at first: -Start with shorter sessions to see how your gums feel -Use it gently without pressing the device too firmly against the crown area -Stop and consult your dentist if you notice any discomfort
