I gave 4.5 stars…because nothings perfect and because I truely believe it is helping my dental health. I initially brought 2… one for my husband and one for me. Mine stopped working after a week or two,I contacted Healray and a new one was promptly sent to me. Thank you thankyou team Healray. I use mine twice a day sometime three! I do believe that it is very beneficial oral care and would recommend to those people with gum issues. I like the toothpaste too, a little exy but the buy 2 get 1 free helps. Exchange rates make it expensive. My sister has brought one to and likes it.

I love my healray but something happen to it and stopped working but because they have an amazing team and prompt customer service- I was sent a replacement immediately. Thx healray team !!!

I've been using my HealRay for about 9 months now, and it has done exactly what it promised. I'm genuinely impressed with the product and have become a true HealRay believer. Recently, my device stopped charging, and I contacted customer service. They quickly helped me troubleshoot the issue and determined that the charging cord—not the device itself—was the problem. They immediately offered to send me a replacement cord at no charge. The customer service team was polite, professional, communicative, and responded promptly through email. I actually found email support to be more effective than calling. Thanks to their quick help, I'll be back to using my HealRay soon!

I can say that that the HealRay red light unit has helped with my gums. I use it every day. Also I had a question on the charging and they very quickly answered my question even on the 4th of July holiday.
