Ordered red light therapy device from Healray
Ordered red light therapy device from healray.org — received blue light device in a plastic bag, not as described, when I contacted them and "Stine" used typical gaslighting and denial techniques (take a look at their answer!) to make me believe I've never ordered from them despite the proofs. Now they have given me a bogus address to send the package back.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that our official website is www.tryhealray.com — it appears you may have ordered from a different, unauthorized site (healray.org), which is not affiliated with us in any way. We understand your frustration, but we are not gaslighting or denying your concern. As you mentioned, the device you received emits blue light and came in a plastic bag, which is different from our genuine HealRay red light therapy system. Unfortunately, since your order was not placed through our official website, we are unable to locate or process it. Because this issue did not originate from our store, the rating you left for us is unreasonable, as it reflects a situation outside of our control. We kindly ask you to consider updating or removing it. We also recommend filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider to recover your funds and report the fraudulent seller.
