I bought one. I paid the $180 and it is not mobile as advertised. You have to order a separate battery pack. I bought one last year through Amazon for $50 that’s not portable. They have the exact settings. The pad from Halsten is smaller. I am going back and forth with them regarding returning for a refund and they just kept responding with how I should “give it more time to work” so obviously they aren’t concerned with the complaints.

This is a scam company that puts out substandard items. They promise a 90 day money back guarantee, but they fight you tooth and nail not to honor it. Stay away from this company!

If I could get this company, no stars or -1000 I would. They are despicable Company. They do not honor their return policy at all. My 83-year-old mother bought this stupid device. It didn’t work and it was way too big for her and she had it for three weeks when I contacted them by the only method available, which is by email. The fact that they don’t have telephone numbers or any other address or contact information makes me believe they’re probably not even operating in the United States. I got a reply back from my email and they said that they would not honor their return policy that in actual fact, they’ll just give 20% off and let us keep it. That is absolutely not good enough in my opinion and I don’t think anyone else would appreciate that either.

Will not turn on nor charge. Light panel bent on edges and much smaller than shown in their sales video which claims use for 180 days and full refund if not satisfied. Even says you don't have to send it back. Upon arrival I notified them of issues including a putrid smell that gave me an asthma attack. Vile chemical smell. They wanted a video. I cannot attach a video in my email, file too big, so I sent them still shots. They refuse to provide a return label which after reading reviews forces buyers to send product back to China even though they claim it is from US and it is sent from the US. Then they refuse to even answer when I tell them I recorded their video claiming 180 days money back guarantee and product does not need to be sent back. Another scam company and defective product. Don't waste your money nor time. CC dispute in process

Complete scam!! Don't order from them. Please!! They won't give you information to return and get a refund. It is junk! Smells terrible. You can't call them. No one answers. I can't believe I got suckered by them. Terribly unprofessional company.

The halsten stride product is cheaply made. You can’t return it. The buyer is responsible for the price of returning the product to china. What was that about a 90 refund for any reason but only if pay shipping to china. I don’t want the product and I am trying to find a cheap way to return the product to china.

You can return it But you have to pay for shipping to China and the cheapest shipping I could find was $50 thru USPS. If you ship UPS is was over $200! The ad for this product is so slick but I will never buy anything again from an ad on social media

This is a farce. Save your money. They do NOT honor the return and state you have to ship it to China to get your money back.
