Cool and helpful product, fast and easy to apply. It would be 5 stars if the product actually was waterproof and stays on until you wash it out with shampoo. The ads kinda say it is, but it isn't. So you can't wear it in pools or outside on rainy days.

Wonderful product with great customer service

Hairo has made a big difference. My hair was thin but looks like a full head of hair, given me some of my confidence back, it’s easy to you, not messy like the other hair fibres I’ve used in the past.

It is a highly effective product and looks perfectly natural. No residue or stickiness and does not come off when you run your fingers through hair. Also does not stain pillow or if raining will not run off. The only time it is removed is when you simply wash your hair with ordinary shampoo. Overall it’s a great product and I am very pleased to have purchased through this company. Thank you very much, keep up the good work in restoring people’s confidence with thinning hair!

Refuse to refund me even though they sent item to me when I asked them not to moments after placing the order. Asking me to pay shipping when it’s their own fault. There staff are rude and I’m convinced it’s a complete SCAM
