Excellent doesn’t come off on clothes and hardly comes off on hands and stays on for some time brilliant

I saw HAIRO online and was intrigued as I was using hair fiber spray (which was a little messy and required hairspray to hold it in place). The HAIRO arrived with good tracking and good speed - and I am pleased to say it works really well. The pots are small, and half of the pot is the foam applicator, but so far I am happy, as you don’t use much to fill a gap in the hair (mainly crown for me) and once it’s in it stays put so you can relax and get on with your day. Overall, the product is great as it bonds to the hair (thickening it) and the scalp (hiding it). Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Wasters…. 1st time I ordered from these guys went smoothly, my order turned up in good time and the product was decent. Ordered again and 3weeks later my order hadn’t turned up. Emailed to find out where my item was and no reply. I went on holiday for a week and on my return I found a product on my door step called MyCheer which on further investigation is a competitor at a fraction of the cost of Hairo. I emailed them to ask if they had sent this product instead of what I ordered from them. I even suggested that there was a website imitating them. Again, no response. If I wanted to buy MyCheer, I could’ve saved myself money and bought that product instead of the expensive one. I emailed again asking for a refund…. No response. And yesterday I emailed again telling them that they had 24hours to respond or I’d write this review. So here we are. I’m 25quid down, no hair product that I asked for and not even a response following my emails. Avoid these people. They’re after a quick buck and preying on men’s insecurities.

The good reviews here are about their customer service not about the product itself. A very cleaver marketing makes you believe that this product makes your hair looks natural and its sweatproof and waterproof. In reality it’s just awful. Makes your hair looks like been painted with a tin of paint and every time you run your hand through your hair , your hands gets black. £29.00 went down the drain. Lesson learned . Not sure if they offer a refund as it doesn’t say on the website

No problems contacting customer service! Responded back with in the day, great help with managing my subscription! Thank you Rwanda! The product itself also works well with my hair, I just don’t use it as often to have the subscription, but will continue to use and buy when needed.

The customer services are the worst, they sent me the wrong colour, it said dark brown, but was a light beige (and the make wasn't Hairo) I have contacted them 3-times regarding this, and over month later still no reply, I won't be using them again.... don't buy from the dreadful company!!!

Decent stuff

Please avoid purchasing this product. The product does not match the advertising and the return process is intentionally designed to frustrate you. You will be asked to verify multiple things in a process of 4-5 emails which in the end, is an inefficient experience for the consumer.
