Got füm starter pack and then kind of ignored it and kept vaping, but since I’ve actually committed to quitting nicotine now, my füm has been incredible. I’d recommend getting several core flavors to find what you gel with. Im now off nicotine for 6 months and my füm is my best pal. I hardly take pulls anymore but now it’s the best fidget toy. The second dent on the mouthpiece is like a worry stone, and the airflow clicker is sooooo great for fidgeting.

I never thought I would give up vaping, but this product has changed my life! I haven’t vaped since 16th November 2025 and I’m still vape free, my FÜM had helped me massively not only do I feel better in myself, my physical help is so much more better. I love the flavoured cores (grapefruit, spearmint, and mint are my favourites) if your wanting to stop I definitely recommend FüM, it’s cheaper then smoking and vaping and if you have a subscription you also receive free gifts! Their customer service is also top tier! I ordered the wrong flavour core and within hours they changed it for me. I also received a little gingerbread when receiving their limited edition gingerbread cores. They really do appreciate and love their customers and always welcome feedback! I absolutely love it!

Quitting smoking is tough. People try all the time, and usually fail. I was one of those people. FUM was one of those annoying ADs on my social media ALL the time. Thank god I caved and gave them a chance, because the habit itself was the tough one to quit, let alone the nicotine. FUM made it possible to ignore the cravings, cigarettes AND snacks... Flavoured air, the habit of smoking with my friends still, was a win-win for me. FUM is an incredible piece of technology that has great flavours, and has a fidget mechanism to help with cravings. Although FUM isn't for everyone, I personally found it easier when I fixed my mindset. If you aren't ready to quit, you won't. The price is steep at first, but when you think about the money you spend on actual cigarettes... it's a no-brainer. In conclusion; FUM is a great product. Well designed, easy to load, great flavours (white cranberry is incredible), and some flavours actually give you that "lung hit" some smokers like. Thank you, FUM. I am 5 months smoke-free!
