Will fum make you stop smoking no. Will fum help with nicotine withdrawal also no. Fum is only here to help keep your mind off of smoking you will need willpower and people around you to help. Will it be hard yes. Will it take time also yes. But if you truly want to break your bad habit and have the willpower to do so then I can't recommend fum enough.

I order the Fum about a year ago , I really like that it has helped me take the edge off when I need a cigarette, it's not a vape, no battery no charging , it is smoke free. Feels like a cigarette in my hands They have different flavors, when I pull I get that hit ! and that's what I really need. BTW their customer service is outstanding!!
