I have cut my nicotine usage at least in half or more by using the FUM. Great product, very pleasant flavor assortment (I personally love Maple Pepper) and the flavor pods last for days. I highly recommend the product.

Füm has helped me first wean off, and then finally quit cigarettes! I've smoked so long that I took the process very slowly this time. It's also helpful for fidget anxiety in many ways. The base is just the best, and I haven't misplaced it as often since I got that. I started using it in April, and I'm sure I'll be sticking with this product full-time! Thank you, Füm!

I mean, the Fum has helped me actually quit my nicotine habit, so I couldn't be happier. I smoked about a pack day from age 15 to maybe my early 40's, and then I've vaped using the "J" product for the last 7-8 years. I have tried to quit and failed literally over 100 times in the last few decades. I tried the Fum this time, and with the Crisp Mint cores, it was just like the menthol version of the "J" vape product. Between fulfilling the flavor and oral fixations, the device is great for manual fixation, with clicking, spinning, and great weight and balance. It has worked for me -- I haven't had any nicotine at all in two months, which I'm declaring a HUGE victory (bigger than any I've ever had). I'm giving myself credit for quitting, of course, but I also have to give a lot of credit to Fum, as well. Thanks!!

So.. When I bought my füm, didn’t quite know what to expect.. Bit I have to admit it’s been a game changer in my life! Love it so much! It mostly help me in the moments where I feel stressed and anxious, working at the hospital. Love that it’s a super healthy habit! Would definitely (and already did hihi) recommend it to my friends and family!
