I stopped a 50+ years habit of smoking with FUM! I first heard about it from my daughter in law who sells Young Living oil. I asked her if there was anything I could use to help me stop (she had just stopped smoking) and she suggested that I look up FUM that she heard good results from it as it satisfied the hand to mouth habit and having something in your hand. She said to use it with black pepper oil, so I did and at first I would alternate my vape (I changed from cigarettes 1 year earlier) with my FUM full of black pepper oil and in about 3 to 5 days I didn't want the vape anymore. I still always have one with me and sometimes I change the oil for different purposes such as a cold or when I visit high altitudes.
