I tried a lot of things and this is the thing that helped me quit. I am a no smoker for more than a year already. This is no silverbullet, you must want to quit. It is really a pacifier, decreases the anxiety a little, but it is just the right amount to make the cravings bearable (especially the mint flavor) without much damage to your lungs (like vape with no nicotine does). I was using it for 5 months. It is also an enjoyable experience. The flavors are really nice and the fiddling becomes a little "addictive". Design, packaging and unboxing experience are wonderful. Great product.

I would just like to say thank you to FUM. My original purchase came to a little over $115. The only complaint I have about my experience was that they didn't apply the 20% off code for mentioning a sponsor's name. Ever since I embarked on this quit smoking adventure 30 years ago I've been a complete failure. In the past year I've tried FUM. with cigarettes at $15 a pack, my little device paid for itself in one week's time. The benefits of trying to quit by smoking habit are many. Here are a few. number one is that it's like I'm not doing without a cigarette. Number two I breathe better. I'm barely using my asthma inhaler at all lately. Number three, people enjoy me being around, for some reason I miss the cloud of smoke that a cigarette produces and drives people away. That cloud kept me at a distance and set self-imposed boundaries. Now I love the fact that people are close to me and can get close to me. The smell doesn't drive them away. Number four, it is socially acceptable to smoke this anywhere even in non-smoking venues. Number five, the smell I carry with me and about me is much better. I can be close to people again without them holding their nose. The taste is so much better. And number six, my FUM device satisfies everything that a cigarette provided to me except, the health problems, the sociable aspect problems, the availability problems, and the aroma on my skin and clothes. I would highly recommend FUM to any person that needs that gentle nudge in the right direction of positive living. I do have one complaint about FUM and hopefully somebody from management can respond, where the hell have you been all these years? Jeff Schreiber

Been using fum for over 2 years and it has honestly been the best choice i made for quiting. I completed my 30 day no smoking journey and it has saved me from wanting to go back to cigarettes or vapes. My habits were taste and the constant needing to puff off something and this has really kicked the habit. Now I'm at the point I have 0 cravings and have actually stopped using my fum now! Now to get me off this caffeine lol

My boyfriend and I both got one of these when we were quitting smoking and they were extremely helpful in replacing the hand to mouth habit that was making it so difficult to quit. They're fun to fiddle with and even though we aren't fans of most of the flavors we both found one that we liked. My boyfriend loves the mint one and I like the orange vanilla. It's especially helpful that you can use them anywhere. You might find yourself having to explain to people that they are not in fact Vapes though so it's ok that you're using it inside lol

i started using fum to help me get over my constant vaping of cannabis. it gave me something to hold and really satisfied the hand to mouth feeling that us humans love so much. unfortunately i picked up nic vapes a few months later and while that’s still going on, my quit date is looming. i’m going to be using fum heavily, as well as lozenges to kick that habit. i get questions about my fum all the time and folks tend to write down the name as most people i know who smoke also want to quit. love all the new editions and additions fum continues to put out. will be getting the soft mouthpiece soon!
