I’ve been using FUM for about five years now and it has helped me immensely to quit smoking and to stop vaping. It’s a beautifully made product with a great team behind it. Can’t recommend this more.

I wanted to quit smoking but didn’t want to vape either. Discovered FÜM and have not smoked for an exactly month now. Would not have been possible without FÜM.

I purchased Füm to cut back on smoking while driving and it has been great. Controversial, but my very favorite flavor is Black Licorice hands down. Product feels great in hand, has subtle clicking for the fidgety part of me and contains none of the chemicals that hook you in.

Great product, quick processing! Amazing team! These products have bold flavors but not the burn of a vape. You can feel the resistance as the air passes through the product to give that feel of pulling a vape but does not have the burn or the negative feels.

FUM has changed my life. I know that’s a bold statement and also over used but for once it’s true. I used to smoke and when I tried running I just couldn’t. I couldn’t get oxygen to my muscles fast enough. I moved to vaping and this was a huge improvement. I could run and gradually built up using a smart watch to check my fitness etc. I did notice that even after 3 years I was still coughing up yuckies every run though I was feeling pretty good. The next step was ordering vape juice for my wife and me, we tended to spend about £100 a month and while creating an order it struck me. This situation was not sustainable. I couldn’t vape for the rest of my life. I didn’t want to keep spending £100+ every month plus new vapes, new coils etc but what was the alternative? I started looking and saw FUM and like so many others thought it was expensive so I didn’t buy one, I carried on vaping then my wife asked me why I hadn’t bought a FUM and I explained. She then embarrassed me by pointing out how much I spent in vape juice and the fact that I had also replaced my vape itself. This came to over £160 in total. FUM was a mile less expensive so clearly I was still fooling myself. I then took the plunge and bought the journey pack. I loved the mint immediately and the feel of the FUM was soothing. I colored it in black with a marker pen as I didn’t like the pale color only available at the time and it looked pretty cool. I completed the little card thing and noted the day I stopped vaping. That was 18 July 2023. Almost a year and no problem at all. My running is easier, my VO2 max is 55 and I am 54 years old so that’s pretty amazing. My lungs work brilliantly and I do not cough anything up at all. I feel good. As I said, it really has changed my life, saved me lots of money and made me fitter and stronger with lots more energy. My advice: do it.

Füm is one of the mosz effevtive habit changer for me. The sensation to just goof around with something and smoke or vape here and there was greatly replaced with this gadget. Every one of my friends who wants to reduce smoking mentioned this device that how genius of an idea this is. Higly advise it to anyone.

I hav speant years and god knows how much money over the past 25years on pipes, cigars, cigarettes and later vapes. Needed to get the vapes out of my life as cud feel in the chest. Loved though havin a dummy to hold whole havin a few drinks or a coffee. However this is more than just somthing for the hand , the flavours are suberb (especially maple pepper) great accompaniment for a nite out. But knowin that its safe and not leavin u smellin like an ashtray. Also the quality movement when u turn it adds a great dime sion for those who need a fidget. This has to b the future.
