Füm has been a wonderful help for managing a nasty habit. I love how it feels in my hand and my favorite flavor is mint, followed by maple-bacon. It’s fun to fidget with and I keep it at my desk as a first line when cravings hit. The cores cost far less than the habit but make sure to extras around and change them regularly. Sometimes I will pair it with a piece of Nicorette gum, this help when I’ve slipped up and need to get back on the wagon. I’m not free of the habit completely but Fūm gives me hope and a tool to get there
