Füm has helped me change my bad habit into a good one! That is exactly what it is, a habit which needs to become more healthy. I get the hand to mouth experience with flavor while cutting out the bad habit. I have used a few methods to cut out that bad habit and always reach for my Füm first before anything else and have found it is usually just what I need, but do use other resources if needed in addition to keep me from wanting what else was in that bad habit, meaning other replacement therapies, but I'm able to cut back on those as well. I love that the Füm is also a fidgit toy and fits well in my pocket and can be basically concealed in my hand too. I luv my Füm!

Ordered one to try and quit vaping. starting with cinamon stick, its what i kinda expected. I started trying new flavors (personally not a fan of the fruity ones, just not strong enough for me) THE GAME CHANGER. The Mint flavor personally got me thinking i should be blowing smoke out. The aroma and how it coats ur mouth like a menthol is amazing. Would highly recommend this flavor, far above the others to cut down of vaping.

Absolutely love my Fum with Cinnamon Hearts! I've never been a smoker, but I've always been chewer. I'll chew gum, pens and clench my jaw until I get a headache. Fum has been great for my stress, my anxiety fidgeting, my weight -- and my pens!

I bought a FUM inhaler in the past and immediately fell in love. Recently I purchased a set of their new flavors, and I'm very happy with what they've done. White Cranberry is still my all-time favorite, but I really appreciate the new line! They're all very strong though, especially the Black Licorice, but it makes it that much more satisfying. These things have helped me kick the candy habit I developed after kicking nicotine. I wish I would have had FUM to help me stop vaping!

I decided to try Fum to help me with my cravings to snack in the evening because I typically go for snacks at night while watching tv. It has been helpful for me in reaching my weight loss goals.

It's a great little toy to fiddle with, very clicky, nice weight to it, very sturdy in the pocket without taking up a lot of space. The magnet has JUST the right amount of attraction, you'll know what I mean once you start playing with it - very satisfying. If I'm being completely honest, I haven't found a flavor I really like yet, but I'm excited to try the cinnamon. None of them are terrible though. This is great when I'm in social situations and I need something to grasp onto yet still be discrete. It's also great for watching TV and keeping my hands busy.
