Placed an order with Fum on the 13th of May. This was never received so I contacted support 3 weeks later and they said they would send a second order to me. This was on the 5th June. It is now the 26th of June and neither of the two orders have been delivered. Frustrated and extremely disappointed by this service. Would strongly discourage ordering anything from them if you live outside the UK.

Whilst the product is made ‘well’ it is useless. No real flavour in the pods, doesn’t do what is stated. The product is marketed very well and tricks consumers. Do not waste your money it’s snake oil

I placed an order and only received part of my order. The problem is there is no way to get through to anyone. I have been emailing back and forth for over a week and I still have no answer to a very simple question. When will I receive the rest of my order? I want to like this product but it doesn't look like I will even get a chance to make that decision.

I have ordered one worth 120 pounds and I have been given no update on shipping when they even said they are uk based payed for faster shipping got refunded on that emailed multiple times with no answer to my package here’s my order number 381886 if they see this can someone get back to me

Disgusting! Every one of the “cores” smell so bad I can’t even open them. Metallic/chemical smell that gives you a migraine as soon as you open the pouch. I got the Journey pack, nearly $120. It arrived over a week late. When I finally received it I was disappointed in the quality but that was no big deal because I just needed help with the habit, not so much with quitting nicotine. I can’t get over how awful the scents are, they leave a disgusting aftertaste in your mouth. I would get sick if I used this, and have a nonstop migraine.
