Started sending me text messages for sales purposes, But now it doesn't stop. Have been sending stop to the right number as been told, but they just keep texting me. I did not consent, I do not think this is the way to get more customers because you lost me before I even bought something. Is this still legal even??

Bought 2 Journey Packs for myself and partner for Christmas. The shipping took FOREVER! so long in fact that before it arrived, I was getting push notifications to buy more cores - I ended up being able to cancel my subscription for cores fairly easily, thank goodness. The product itself is ok - nice weight, aesthetically pleasing. BUT the cores - yuk! Every single flavour makes me nauseated to the point of vomiting. My pack contained all the flavours and they're all revolting. So disappointed as the fruity flavours in particular sounded great. I took a break for about a month and then went back to give them another shot. Same thing. Hugely expensive fail for me. Haven't even bothered reaching out to the company because the returns policy is so poor. Very disappointed.

I’m not one for writing reviews unless it’s an outstanding product. I am writing this review to save someone else from spending their hard earned money. I don’t recommend this product.

I love the product and it did genuinely help me quit vaping/smoking, but this company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have emailed them several times over the last several months asking them to change the email address for my account. I have either not received messages back, or have received unhelpful messages that made it clear they did not read what I was asking. I just finally got someone to actually try to assist me but they are still unable to help me.

Füm has been a huge disappointment. Not only because it didn't help me replace my vaping habit, but also because it's basically a high-end STRAW. I feel scammed out of several hundred dollars, having been duped to pay it by high end marketing. You don't get any satisfaction from breathing through it, like you would from a vape or a hookah or a cigarette, because you're breathing in air. You can just as easily just use a plastic straw to breath through it and save 300 dollars. Füm does not live up to the promises its creators are making. I strongly suggest saving your money. Edit after Fum replied to my review: I did reach out to your support and it is simply incapable of helping with anything. It's a bunch of slow-responding 3rd world outsourcers who simply do not have the decision power to make anything happen. I would like my money back because this is a rip off!

I agree that the product is good for the “habit” part of smoking or vaping. But the flavors, even as subtle as they are, are terrible. The flavors even of the core does not come close to what the core smells like. I like the smells. But the tastes are not good. I got all fruit flavor ones and ALL are more of a minty mentholy type flavor. Of course when I reached out to Fum they wouldn’t take it back and refund me because the product had been used. So I basically have myself an expensive paperweight.

I got one of the older Fums that was all wood. I used it a few times but it's kind of clunky to use. I decided to try the newer one that's magnetic. It seems nice, but I don't really care about fidgeting. I've never used the newer one, I am still just smoking. I put in an online code that was supposed to get one of the magnetic stands for free, but I guess I forgot to add it to my cart separately so I never got a stand for it, which means I dont' really have a good place to put it. They said they'd send me a free barrel if I leave a review, which is kind of like a bribe, except that I don't even use the one I have now. Maybe if they sent me the stand I'd have given them an extra star or two.

fum stopped my smoking habit , at what cost you might ask… over £150 and damage to my lungs , the material your inhaling is not addictive , but still awful for the lungs!!! Research people
