I thought there was no way this was going to work inhaling flavoured air. But after 4 months I have not had any nicotine and now hardly use my Füm I would advise this to anyone looking to stop smoking or vapes. They only issue I had was swapping out my cores every month to try all flavours but there was always someone very helpful to do it at there end so thank you Füm I always know if I need to restart my subscription it is easy to do so

The product is well made and great materials. My Fűm has a good hand feel and does a great job of replacing a cigarette in between the fingers. I have tried almost every core flavor that is avaliable and nothing disappoints flavor wise. I am happy I purchased my Fűm and has help me cut back on my smoking by 75%, only 25% more to go and with this I know it will happen. Do yourself a favor and ditch the other stuff and use this as the alternative, you will be glad you did! PS ypu should try the peach and the maple pepper.

The fum along with nicotine patches is finally helping me to quit smoking. The crisp mint flavor works well for me.
