This is a great product, it helps with my cravings, twitchy-ness. The cores last about a week for me and that’s a 15-20 breaks a day where I used to smoke but use this instead. So many flavours to choose from but I will always have my backup of mint in a pocket if I’m out and about.

I have found this really helps when I think I need a puff of vape I just puff on this. I like the flavor of the mint so far and found it does the trick. I think this company offers a really handy quit smoking tool and I know because I am one of them who has quit the vape.
