Hello, Please do not buy from this scamming company. Refund policy is a hoax. They’ll refuse it and also please note that the company actually specifically provides individuals to write positive reviews a refund. How shady is that!! Don’t buy! It’s absolute garbage! Taste like a landfill had a baby with the airport urinals. You most definitely do offer refunds for positive video feedback! It’s available to all to view so don’t blatantly lie on here as if that’s not the case. You think people are so foolish right? I’m warning others to not fall for your scam! Again - Please beware and don’t trust this shady company period point blank.

The Journey Pack Falls Short This product was a huge disappointment. I purchased the Journey Pack along with extra toppers, and it felt like sucking down air with absolutely no benefit. If the company truly cares about helping smokers, they should offer a better price point for customers to try the product before committing to something like the Journey Pack. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and completely ineffective. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

It smelled amazing, I had high hopes it would help with the hand to mouth fixation. But it had no flavor! If i drew until I could draw no more air in, I could get a slight hint of flavor. I tried several different flavor cores and had the same experience. This thing ended up being a colossal waste of money and went into the trash.

I spent £87 on a package for the base FUM device with core packs included. The device arrived with zero cores, rendering it totally useless. Upon raising this to the FUM team - they then stated that the order number is not recognised? I have then sent proof of bank transaction references, copy and attached their confirmation email to the thread to which they said “can you check the numbers on your confirmation”? I literally forwarded their email… Since then, i was informed it was being looked into further which I have politely asked for an update twice to be ignored. They responded within the hour when I initially raised the issue and now I haven’t had a response in a week. I feel like it’s a very shady product/company and I held off writing a negative review to give them a chance. £87 down (not cheap!) and I’ve been provided with a useless FUM device. Really poor.

I am completely dissatisfied with FUM products and customer service. The cores taste horrible with the exception for one of the mint flavors. FUM does not send reminder emails for auto orders as other reputable companies do. I was only "reminded" when I received the email stating that the order was getting ready. This was at 12:46am. Four minutes later, I emailed asking to cancel the order and the response I received at 6:51am was we will get back to you. Next thing I know, the shipment is on the way. The website states, "If you need to cancel an order, please contact support (via email) with your order number and reason for cancellation.". How fast does a customer need to email a cancellation request, 30 seconds?!! I returned the unopened package at my cost and was only partially refunded for no logical reason.
