The product is expensive , and the heavy Metal mouthpiece knocking teeth against my teeth, even when I try to be careful is not only uncomfortable, but really Damaging. I give this product all of the thumbs down! And a massive price gouge

Bought the journey for my wife and there is nothing about the fume she likes, she has not vaped for almost 5 months, the fume has no flavor, it's heavy and the fit up is sloppy loose, of course we cannot return it as it's opened. This was very disappointing for us as seniors on fixed income

I agree with Paul Condone. The package came on time. Everything I ordered was there. The product looks cool and fancy. However, as a substitute for vaping and/or smoking, it is useless. At least they do tell you that you will just be sucking in flavored air. It is true that you are sucking in air, but that is all you are doing. You can barely taste the flavor at all. I have multiple flavors, and they are all the same. Everyone who smokes and/or vapes likes the "hit". You get no "hit" at all with this thing, so there is NO sensation of vaping. Like Paul says, you may just as well be sucking on a straw. It is useless.

I ordered on December 5,2024 and today is the 15th of December and I paid for express shipping and I have not received my package and Fum has no idea where my shipment is. They probably won’t even refund for my shipping. So now they just reshipped my order, now more waiting, I really wished I would never have ordered from Fum, now I still have to deal with Fum for refills. Oh and nothing was said about my extra money for express shipping

This company is really deceptive with their marketing. They have loads of positive reviews all over social media in video form from seemingly regular folks. However after I was influenced (suckered) into paying >€130 for this piece of wood, I got an email about a week after delivery saying they would refund me in full if I posted a ‘positive’ review video. That’s when the penny dropped. They are essentially paying people for positive reviews. The product is a joke, you may as well suck on a straw for relief.

One star because delivery was swift even to the uk. HOWEVER if you try it and you don’t like it, kiss goodbye to your £100+. Just buy a straw and breathe through it. The flavours are poor and according to the literature only last a day. If any of the packaging is open, you can’t return.

As of writing this i placed my order 8 days ago and still have yet to receive it. Tried to contact customer supports email however without a doubt it’s just an automated reply as i keep getting the same message. Not sure why a company would advise you to go to them with issues if they’re going to avoid helping in the first place. As a first time customer this is not a good luck. Looks like FUM need to get out of this bad habit.

I was about to buy myself the Journey pack today. However, when I selected it from their product page, it clearly stated the price was $88.72. It continues to state this all the way until you select a device. I selected the "Prominent" device (Base/Default), which was declared to be +$0. Once selected, the aforementioned pack price automatically skyrockets to $109.69 (+$20.97)! Only if you choose the 3-pack and Subscribe monthly to their service does the price go back down to the original. If you select the "One-time Purchase" option, the price goes back up to $97.72 (+$9). I was already unsure about the price. However, this experience has left a permanent feeling of unease and that we are all being scammed. Not to mention, when I looked deeper into the reviews, I noticed that a lot of people do not enjoy the product, let alone the customer service issues when a customer has a problem.
