Customer Service is great. But the flavors leave something to be desired. The crisp mint flavor is okay But all the others are quite chemical

Product is very well made, has a nice weight and feel to it, great for fidgeting. Mouthpiece feels a bit like a hookah which I like. So far the only flavors I haven't found to be horrible are Crisp Mint and Orange Vanilla. All of the other ones I've tried are like many other reviews have said -- cleaning products or toothpaste. It's a bad feeling when you order a pack of cores, wait for it to arrive, get it and open it up, take one drag and your immediate reaction is utter disgust. But that has happened to me a few times now. I'll also say that I used to vape quite a bit (Elfbars) and I haven't bought a vape since I got this thing almost 2 months ago. So, there's that too!

I didn't end up loving the product. The product itself is great! But the flavors all tasted like cleaning products. Ended up cancelling my order for the Cores subscription but the money came out anyway. Emailed customer service and they were fast and polite and handled the issue well then processed my order. Overall, product is great but the flavors are not but the customer service was even better.

Very Good product, some flavours do not suit everyone example myself. But as a truck driver would be nice to have a necklace to hang it from around my neck to carry it.....

great concept however after research have concerns Medical research from various institutions have raised concerns about inhaling aromatherapy oils - can cause issues i.e throat irritation- burns - can cause issues for people with respiratory issues

I went into this totally open minded and excited about this product. I bought the pack as well as the rubber mouth piece parts. The first flavour that came with the pack at first was extremely strong and had a medicine flavour to it. As time went by it mellowed. Then I tried the cinnamon one and honestly I got no flavour from it. The other issue I have is the drag off it, I have been a smoker for a loooooonnnngggg time and there is zero drag so it isn’t actually helpful, maybe if they made the mouth piece hole smaller it would help. I’ll keep using what I have and hopefully I get use to it if not I wouldn’t purchase anymore from them honestly

Edits to monthly subscription could be easier.

I think this is a great product, and it has really helped me kick my nicotine habit so I would 100% recommend FUM for anyone who is trying to quit smoking and not end up vaping like a maniac. Nicely designed, great to fiddle with, and a range of interesting flavours to explore. However, I think there are some issues with dispatching their products in a timely fashion - When I first ordered a FUM it took so long to arrive I had actually forgotten that I had purchased it. I recently purchased a second barrel and a subscription to their cores club, this arrived on time but my subscription was late by over a week, and when it arrived it was missing one of the core kits. The customer service is wonderful, and everyone has been very helpful in trying to compensate me and sort out these issues, I'm sure that these are just teething problems! It remains a great product and idea and something I have recommend to multiple people.
