The system sucks and does nothing to help with oral fixation. The flavors are also completely horrible. I had it less then two minutes before emailing the company about a refund. They are refusing a refund because its used. How are you supposed to test it without using it. This crap was over $150 just for a "kit". This company is a complete scam. Do not give them your money.

Absolute trash and a complete scam. And look, all those fake 1 review "profiles" all give a positive "review". Avoid this filth of all cost. Never tried anything as bad as this. These oils they put are most likely not even tested or healthier than cigarettes.. And the flavour is just awful.

The flavor is non existent. I got the starter kit for $100 and am so disappointed and there is literally nothing I can do about it. Just a waist of my money.

I tried to cancel my order right after accidentally hitting the submit and not back button and they tried to tell me it was already processing and when intold them I didn't want to order to please cancel and refund me I have not heard another word from them. I informed them that I will proceed to take other actions to get my money back and still no response.

This product is absolute garbage. The customer service is horrible. They are a scam. Don't buy this trash and save your money. They steal money and don't care about their customers. There are alarming health concerns coming from people using this stuff, please keep your lungs healthy and stay away from Fum. It's just another addiction. Absolute rip off. They pay people to give 5 stats reviews so it's all fake too. I have friends who got full refunds if they just made a post with 5 stars on it. What a scam!

I actually wrote a review for their site and have no idea if it was ever published. I ordered 2 journey packs in December to try out since they were on sale. We ended up missing a pack of cores, but I didn't contact them over it since I didn't open the package right away and it seemed insignificant at the time. We had 3 flavors to try, only 1 was any good. So when Jan came around, I wanted to change out 2 of the flavors, the website wouldn't let me. I paused the subscription, and submitted my review at this point. Today, I got my email reminder about Feb, so I decided to try again. Still can't change the flavors. Still haven't heard from them. Needless to say, I canceled my subscription.

The actual product is fantastic, and for the first time in 20 years, I'm not smoking or vaping. 4 months on the FUM, and it really does help. The low score is simply their customer service. It's absolutely appalling. As someone who is one their core club members (which is a monthly subscription to different flavoured cores) I was having trouble with editing a flavour, I reached out on email, a representative called Jenn replied, after a couple of responses, I quickly realised that Jenn needs look for a different profession, sent me two responses that contained a link to the website on how to edit flavours, even though I sent screenshots showing there is an error message. Anyway, Jenn cancelled my subscription without my permission and I'll be following up as high as I can, I'm fed up of people who think they can speak and treat consumers anyway they like.

This is the most useless item I have ever bought. It's basically a little stick that goes into a shaft that smells like vicks. You simply suck the air through and past this vicks stick and you get the sensation of sniffing vicks. This is an absolute waste of metal and plastic. Do not buy this junk because they will not allow you to return it unless the box seal has never been opened. How ridiculous is that, you can't look at the item you decided to buy to see if it will actually work for you. Also, this product cost me over $160, in my opinion, this should be a 9.99 item at max.
