Bought this and there is no Throat hit whatsoever. Flavors were bad but i didn't pay enough attention and get the fruity ones so perhaps they are a bit better. Save your money and get either a nicotine inhaler or if you're looking to quit nicotine completely, stuff an empty Bic Pen with some cotton wool and this will be as useful.

Flavours are terrible. The mint made me nauseous. They state a 30 day return policy that they will not honour. All items sealed except started mint. Can’t leave a review after purchase on their website. The quality isn’t there and the item is overpriced. Frustrated after my purchase.

Be mindful of the product - it is simply flavoured air. You could achieve the same (or something similar) with an essential oil. The main benefit offered is the hand-to-mouth action for the product - otherwise, the company is just blowing smoke (or flavoured air to be specific). I requested a refund for the product I purchased as I was not satisfied with the product and was offered more products, which I declined. The team responded promptly but refused to accept my position due to 'internal policy'.

Product doesn't work. Borderline feels like a scam. Purchasing the flavoured cores automatically adds a subscription. After receiving the product, tried it and directly called the customer support for a refund. They came back with the refund only applies of the product is unopened. Then a month later I got a notification that my product has been shipped which is when I found out it was a subscription and they didn't bother to cancel it despite me calling and telling the product is awful and I wanted it refund.

This product gives me migraine headaches. Very difficult to cancel subscriptions. I didn’t want a subscription and was not made aware they automatically fill subsequent orders. There website is a joke in trying to cancel subscription. I have sent them an email, got an auto response they will look at my email in 1 to 2 days. Typical dishonest internet order business that has zero customer service. BE VERY CAREFUL. It smells if a scam. Cannot tell if it works as the migraine headaches have stopped me using it. Not sure about the product safety either given what it did to me.

Absolutely appalling. What a total waste of money. I wrote to the company for a refund and they just thanked me for the feedback! This is a complete rip off gimmick. Don't touch it. NB - They replied below to say they'd resolve it, but refused to do so because I opened the package. I now add total time wasting to my dissatisfaction.
